These terms apply to purchases made in the online store www.mundaneshop.com (hereinafter - the Internet store). Please read these terms carefully before ordering!

The website www.mundaneshop.com is managed by SIA Mundane Ltd. (reg. no. 40203449072), address Apguldes iela 7, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia.

When purchasing goods in the Internet store www.mundaneshop.com , between the person placing the order, hereinafter the Buyer, and SIA Mundane Ltd., registration number no. 40203449072, legal address: Apguldes iela 7, Rīga, LV-1004, Latvia., hereinafter the Seller, a distance agreement is concluded (hereinafter - Distance Agreement). The terms of the distance agreement are set out below.

The purpose of processing the information entered on the website (including personal data) is to provide specified services and to provide assistance during the use of the website.

By purchasing goods in the Internet store, you confirm that you have read and agree to the data use and privacy policy, as well as the terms of the Distance Agreement. If you do not agree with the mentioned terms, please stop using the Internet store.

Distance Agreement

1. The Buyer orders, buys and pays, while the Seller delivers and sells the goods placed in the online store www.mundaneshop.com in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. The buyer orders the goods by filling out the relevant order form on the Seller's website www.mundaneshop.com .

3. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate information, i.e. name, delivery address and contact information, and by clicking on the "Buy" field. Before that, the Buyer familiarizes himself with the terms of the store and the Privacy Policy. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct data, otherwise the delivery of the product is not guaranteed. Ordering the product is considered as the Buyer's offer to the Seller to conclude this Distance Agreement for the delivery of the ordered product and the Buyer's consent to purchase the ordered product at the specified price.

4. Payments are made through the payment platform PAYSERA LT, UAB in Euro currency. Payments for the product are made by e-billing and Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards are accepted.

5. The seller delivers the goods to the address indicated by the buyer. Before receiving the confirmation of the order and delivery of the goods from the Seller, the Buyer makes a payment for the goods together with the shipping costs, using the payment tools built into the Internet tool. The delivery price is included in the invoice.

6. The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller completes orders: on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Saturdays and Sundays - no assembly is carried out. The Seller sends a confirmation of order acceptance to the Buyer by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, then the order has not been accepted. Completion of the order starts when the money has been transferred to the Seller's bank account.

7. The images of the goods sold in the online store may differ from those in real life. Despite the fact that the Seller makes every effort to reflect the colors of the goods as accurately as possible, the Seller cannot guarantee that the screen of the Buyer's device will accurately reflect the colors of the goods. Buyer understands that items may differ materially from their images. The product packaging may differ from what is shown in the images provided in the online store.

8. The buyer can use the right of refusal contained in the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. In order to avoid dispute situations, at the time of receiving the Product, the Buyer must make sure that it corresponds to the order (color, name of the product and other important parameters).

9. Goods are delivered through the courier Omniva SIA or DPD Latvija. The average delivery time is 3-7 working days, but the Seller reserves the right to deliver the product within 2-3 calendar weeks, as delivery times may vary depending on the Seller's special terms and availability of the product in stock.

10. This Agreement is in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. The buyer confirms that he is familiar with the terms of this Agreement and undertakes to observe and fulfill them.

11. The Buyer is informed that the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Distance Agreement at any time, make updates and publish them in the Online Store.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

1. The buyer has the right to use the right of refusal and return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any justification, except for cases where the goods are made to individual order - according to the size desired by the customer and personalized with engraving.

2. The possibility to use the right of refusal expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the moment when the buyer or a third party indicated by the buyer, who is indicated as the recipient of the goods, has obtained possession of the goods (goods).

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform SIA Mundane Ltd, +371 26027204, e-mail address: [email protected] about the decision to refuse the said product.

4. Before returning the product, the buyer is obliged to fill out the Refusal form, attach a bank payment order for the product order (payment) and send it to the e-mail [email protected].

5. The buyer delivers or sends the goods received by www.mundaneshop.com within 14 days from the day of sending or submitting the "notice of refusal".

6. For goods that are returned by mail or via courier, the seller has the right to record possible visual damage to the goods, as well as the contents of the package, at the time of their acceptance. In cases where, when sending the goods to the address indicated by the seller, using courier, the seller finds damage to the goods or non-compliance of the goods with the visual condition and packaging at the time of receipt of the goods, the Buyer will be informed and a copy of the statement of findings will be sent to the Buyer.

7. The return of the purchase amount or the exchange of the product is applied only to new, unused goods, complete set, in the original packaging.

8. The online store www.mundaneshop.com within 14 days from the receipt of the "notification of refusal" shall refund to the buyer all payments made for the order, except for the amount that exceeds the fixed delivery costs offered by the merchant, indicated at the delivery of the goods.

9. The seller has the right to withhold payment to the buyer until the goods are received.

10. The online store www.mundaneshop.com reserves the right not to return (reimburse) the money to the buyer for the returned product, if after returning the product it is found that the value of the returned product has decreased and damage to the product (mechanical or visual) has been detected due to the buyer's fault .

11. The buyer is obliged to cover the costs related to the return of the goods, i.e. the services provided by third parties (courier, post office, etc.).

12. The buyer does not have the right to use the right of refusal in the cases specified in Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Lithuania "Regulations on distance contracts".
